Xing-guo ZHU,Lu YU

Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering 2015, Volume 16, Issue 10,   Pages 883-891 doi: 10.1631/FITEE.1500071

Abstract: In this paper, a joint reversibility-gain (R-G) model is proposed for integer-KLT design in video codingThe ‘gain’ means transform coding gain (TCG), which is a widely used criterion for transform design inmaximizes the TCG under some assumptions, here we define the TCG loss ratio (LR) to measure how much coding gain

Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering 2022, Volume 23, Issue 10,   Pages 1522-1532 doi: 10.1631/FITEE.2100122

Abstract:

In this study, we discuss how (MASs) with a leader can achieve distributed using control strategiesThe proposed control approach does not require the impulse to occur simultaneously for all agents. When the leader’s control input is non-zero, sufficient conditions are obtained to achieve bipartiteSimple algebraic conditions for estimating the impulsive gain boundary and interval are presented.

Linlin HOU, Xuan MA, Haibin SUN,houtingting8706@126.com,maxuan24@163.com,fengyun198212@163.com

Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering 2022, Volume 23, Issue 5,   Pages 810-822 doi: 10.1631/FITEE.2000698

Abstract: The problem of stabilizing switched linear systems under is addressed. The method is applied to design a switching signal that comprises slow and fast . Under this switching signal, the restriction that the maximum delay of is known in advance is removed. The constructed Lyapunov function is associated with both the system mode and controller mode. The stabilization criteria and the corresponding algorithm are presented to obtain the controller gains and to design the switching signal. Finally, two examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed results.
